This short film that was directed by the multiple award-winning Telugu director Deepak Reddy who is renowned for his short films namely Hide and Seek and Manasanamaha and produced by Shilpa Gajjala. The news about this short film making it to the Guinness Book of World Records became official when Deepak Reddy himself posted the certificate on his Twitter account. What does this short film revolve around?

 You know how the movie Tenet by Christopher Nolan is a movie that is made backwards and not forward? This short film Manasanamaha is like that but less complicated. The entire film is portrayed and narrated in reverse. The lead Viraj Aswin who plays a boy named Surya talks about the three past relationships he has been in before and all the girls in those past relationships have names that are also names of seasons. The names of his love interests are Chaithra which is summer, Varsha which is rainy season and lastly Seetha which is the winter season. So, the interesting part about this film is the narration which does not follow the regular start to finish pattern but vice versa. The moral that this film conveys to the audience is that we always stress so much on the negative outcomes that end up neglecting the beautiful moments that we might never get back.

This short film received a whooping IMDb of 8.7/10 which is very admirable. The audience had a lot of good things to say about this film. People mentioned how good the songs were, they also mentioned how this short film was like a “breath of fresh air”, and the audience also highly appreciated the dialogues, music and execution the film.
